NetWalk algorithm implemented in NetWalker generates Edge Flux tables, which can be analyzed in the form of EF Heatmaps (heatmap in the center panel), and directly exported to network views (panels on the right).
Network visualizations in NetWalker can be manipulated for better visual representation by node color mapping and automated functional grouping of nodes.
FunWalk is a novel method implemented in NetWalker for identification of context-specific coherent functional processes in the global network. FunWalk results, just as with NetWalk, are visualized as FunTables and can be analyzed as Function heatmaps and directly exported to network views of associated genes.
